Dr Sandra L Shullman

Sandra L. Shullman, PhD, served as Director of Managerial Effectiveness Programs for the Center for Creative Leadership and worked with numerous research projects and leadership development programs. She is the co-author of Performance Appraisal on the Line and has written articles and book chapters on organizational performance issues. Sandy was formerly Principal and Senior Partner of Organizational Horizons, focusing on executive assessment and development. She is an adjunct faculty member for the Cleveland State University Diversity Institute and lectures in executive education at the John Glenn School of Public Policy and the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. She received her master's degree from Harvard University and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and chairs the APA Workgroup on Executive Coaching.
