No, I'm not going on a diet and I'm not trying to lose weight. But I've been trying very hard to learn more about obesity and its causes and why people who seem like they don't eat much still gain weight.
I think this book is awesome. I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to lose weight, help someone lose weight, or just be a healthier person, which is what I'm trying to do.
I am also making a public decree:
I will not eat anything made with high fructose corn syrup
I will avoid trans-fats as much as humanly possible
I will drink green tea every day
I will workout 4 times a week
There. Now I'm accountable. Hold me to it.
