Simple black clapper board with diagonal black and white stripes on the clapper area, fitted with three screws to the main chalkboard. It has three labels for the production title, director and director of photography saying "Big action movie", "Wise guy" and "Art kid" respectively. On the lower part is shows the roll, slate, shot and take number along with the date. The information is handwritten either with red marker or white paint.
