There's a pocket behind the writing area, I keep unused blank cards there.
Opposite the writing area, there's three slots for business cards, I keep blank cards and a few mplsbikelove cards in there. The business card sized blanks are nice if you need to write something down to give to someone else. Or you can write reminders, and put them in the clear window area where I've got a picture of my wife.
Behind the business cards, there's a flap where I keep used 3X5s, and then behind that there's a pocket where I keep fresh ruled and graph cards.
