China has been building its reputation for making wide range of counterfeit and bootlegged consumer products over past decades. Let's see the biggest business fakes made in China.
Apple Stores
China has reached the piracy milestone for illegitimate Apple stores in several Chinese cities which draws attention and controversy both in China and the U.S in Kunming city. The fake Apple store, which was discovered by the Bird Abroad blog, had the same signage, layout and even salespeople as real Apple stores. Although the stores insisted on selling real Apple products but they were not licensed or operated by the company. The stores were also pointed out having a few details not common among true Apple stores. Apple has 331 official stores worldwide including two in China. The US electronics has no comment to make on the discovery of the counterfeit shops.
The phrase “Apple Store” does not appear in real Apple stores
IKEA
IKEA fake store is the 100,000-plus-square-foot, four-story retail center which is located in Kunming city in southwest China. The store copies anything from IKEA real store
KFC

Nike

Disney Theme Park

World of Warcraft Theme Park
The iconic World of Warcraft and Starcraft brands of Blizzard Entertainment has been displayed as World Joyland located in Changzhou, west of Shanghai
Harry Potter
China has also published the Harry Potter fakes in China’s domestic market. The fake version changes characters’ name and be re-titled "Harry Potter and the Leopard Walk-Up-To Dragon"
McDonald's
The restaurant looks like the global brand with a strong and growing food chain - McDonald's
